William Perotti and Sons Inc. was established by Bill Perotti in East Canaan, Connecticut in 1928. Francis Perotti Sr. in 1954 and Charles Perotti in 1966 joined and took over the business from their father.

Francis Perotti Jr. & his two Children Mary & William Perotti currently run the business. Mary & Will Perotti are 4th Generation family members who have joined the business after college as their full time career.
